- How do I get my license?
- After a successful purchase, we will email you a link to your license key. You then just enter that key in the software to unlock it.
- What's the refund policy?
- We kindly ask you to test LingoClick for free for 30 days before buying. Still, each purchase is covered by our 60 days refund policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
- What are the payment options
- Pay easily, securely & conveniently either by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card, GiroPay or on account.
- How many licenses do I need?
- You need a separate license for each person who wants to use LingoClick. You can specify the number of licenses (= persons) during the ordering process and receive a set of license data for the specified number of users. Each license allows one person to use LingoClick on up to 3 PCs - for example on the computer at the workplace and on a notebook on the go.
- Are the licenses a subscription / are they automatically renewed?
- No! Your annual license simply expires after a year - no contract, no subscription. If you would like to continue using LingoClick afterwards, as we of course very much hope, you will have to order a new license yourself.
- Can I order on account?
- Of course. Simply select the "Purchase Order" payment method in the ordering process.
- When does the term of a license begin?
- The term of a license begins on the day of purchase.
- Is the order process secure?
- Of course. For payment processing, we work together with "Digistore24" - a payment service provider, which has reliably processed license orders on the Internet for well over 10 years. Of course, the order takes place via a secure connection ("SSL"). As a provider, we never have access to your payment data such as credit card number or bank details - these are only processed in the high-security data center of Digistore24.
